The complaint must contain all relevant information.
Copies of relevant documentation need to be attached where possible.
THE PROCEDURE AFTER YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR COMPLAINT:
Upon receipt by Indequity Capital Managers of the abovementioned information, your complaint will be acknowledged by the Indequity Capital Managers staff member that will assist in the resolution of your complaint.
Our staff will endeavour the complaint quickly and fairly.
We undertake to inform you of the results of the resolution process within 6 weeks after the date of your initial complaint.
