Indequity Technical Fund
Launched on 15 December 2004, the Indequity Technical Fund invests in a focused portfolio of equities selected according to the in-house quantitative and technical model. The Fund should be considered by the investor seeking superior long-term capital appreciation at an average exposure to risk.
Indequity Balanced Value FoF
Launched on 15 December 2004 to provide a broad-based investment product, the Balanced Fund has a wider selection of assets to choose from, namely shares, listed property, interest bearing instruments and international assets. As a result its returns can be expected to be more stable than those of the Technical Fund. Importantly, the risk of monetary loss is lower. The fund may have a maximum of 65% equity exposure, which in theory, gives the fund a lower risk and volatility level than the Indequity Dynamic FoF. The portfolio conforms to the legislation governing retirement portfolios (Regulation 28 of the Pension Funds Act). The portfolio is therefore suitable as a retirement vehicle.
Indequity Dynamic FoF
Launched on 15 December 2004 to provide a broad-based investment product, the Dynamic Fund has a wider selection of assets to choose from, namely shares, listed property, interest bearing instruments and international assets. As a result its returns can be expected to be more stable than those of the Equity Fund. Importantly, the risk of monetary loss is lower. The fund must have an equity exposure above 60%, which in theory, gives the fund a higher risk and volatility level than the Indequity Balanced Value FoF. The portfolio conforms to the legislation governing retirement portfolios (Regulation 28 of the Pension Funds Act). The portfolio is therefore suitable as a retirement vehicle.
Indequity Income Provider FoF
Launched on 15 December 2004, the Indequity Income Provider FoF invests in a mix of fixed income and bond participatory interests including money market instruments. The Fund should be considered by an investor seeking a high level of income with low risk, while at the same time achieve a high degree of capital stability.
